We have been delighted with the eRAD PACS since it was installed in early 2008. Now we have
implemented the eRAD Integrated Scheduling Module
to streamline our workflow across multiple facilities.
This is a giant step toward our goal of becoming
both filmless and paperless.
Amy Wendt, Manager of Operations and Business Development,
Community Imaging Radiology & Nuclear Consultants, Michigan
We at Casper Teleradiology do not look at the industry
today but rather at how the industry will look tomorrow.
We are confident that eRAD's similar forward-thinking
approach to teleradiology workflow is a hand and glove
fit with our hyper-efficiency model.
Dr. Andrew Gomes, Founder and CEO, Casper Teleradiology
eRAD's built in Data Coercion engine has been an
essential tool for us as a busy teleradiology provider.
Being able to automatically cleanup, add and remove
DICOM data from disparate sending facilities has been
a huge workflow asset!
Cody Ebberson, General Manager, 24/7 Radiology
eRAD's Integrated Speech Recognition module allows me to
scroll/manipulate images while dictating. Not having to send
my dictations off to a transcriptionist has had a tremendous
impact on my cost of doing business and allowed me to
deliver finalized reports within minutes.
Doug Smith, MD, Founder/CEO, Musculoskeletal Imaging Consultants
The ease and comprehensiveness of
the Administrative Controls within eRAD were what appealed to us. No other system
we looked at could do for our practice what eRAD could.
Nirval Dalal, Director Client Services, RadiServ
eRAD's web based architecture enables us
to both stream images over the Web in real-time as well as automatically pre-fetch images
to our workstations in advance which makes reading in a remote or distributed environment
virtually the same as if we were sitting on the
network. We've been using this system at our
imaging centers for several years now and have
found it to be a great asset to our group.
Tom Presbrey, M.D., Radiologist
Florida Radiology Consultants
We've been using
eRAD's Hosted ASP (Application Service Provider) model
or what some call SaaS (Software as a Service) for several years now and
find it an excellent fit for a busy teleradiology service provider
like TRS. The pay-per-procedure arrangement is an economically
attractive and scalable way of sourcing software and IT infrastructure for
a global organization like ours.
Cheryl Sivan, Vice President
International Sales and Operations, Teleradiology Solutions

The freedom afforded by eRAD is liberating.
DAC radiologists can review scans, dictate reports and sign reports with nothing more
than an Internet connection. I have been able to work from other cities and countries even
without telephone service. This was accomplished with a low cost of entry and outstanding technical
support. The eRAD work list serves as a minimalist
RIS. eRAD comes with the added benefit of allowing
referring physicians to log in to view scans,
reports, and even listen to the audio of the report prior to
transcription. It also allows anyone with a PC and
sufficient permissions to burn CD's of scans and
reports, over the Internet, from anywhere. This
value added functionality has helped to attract
new imaging center clients, and to subsequently
solidify the relationship.
Dale Charletta, M.D.
Founder, DAC Imaging, Chicago, IL
We have used eRAD in both our outpatient centers
and teleradiology business for years with great
success. Recently it was added to the hospital
where our radiologists read so that all 200k images
and reports can be accessed online by referring
physicians. eRAD's native web based architecture and robust complement of features
and functions makes it a very flexible application
for all of our needs.
